GDOL Miami Attracts Large Attendance This Year
Over 80 GISTers and their loved ones gathered from all over to attend the 3rd annual GIST Day of Learning (GDOL) in Miami, held on February 9, to hear from the team of experts at University of Miami Sylvester Cancer Center.
LRG Sets GDOL Miami Date for March
The second annual GIST Day of Learning will be held on March 23, 2013. This year we are privileged once again that Dr. Jonathan Trent of Sylvester Cancer Center in Miami has agreed to host our gathering and we are honored to hear what he has to say.
GDOL Update: Speakers Announced
In addition to sharing hope and friendship, attendees will learn important facts about their cancer, prevailing treatment options, tests as indicators for treatment surveillance, and coping with dietary changes and side-effects of treatment.
