Our Good News Holiday Campaign is the culmination of our year of “Time to Tell the Stories 2022.” In this series, we celebrate the connections, the celebrations, the events and milestones that we’ve been privileged to be a part of this year. Our 20th anniversary year is winding down and we are wrapping it up by spreading good news & gratitude throughout the season. Your financial donations and selfless volunteerism are what enable us to continue providing vital services to our GIST community.

The Life Raft Group is a one-of-a-kind organization. We have the best and brightest looking out for GISTers and their families, with every resource imaginable, including the GIST Mentor Program, educational webinars, research, a medical advisory board, GIST Chat, a registry of GIST specialists and more. They ask NOTHING of us in return.
But, how do we keep the lights on? How do we pay the bills? Our former sponsors have lessened their contributions substantially.
How can you help? By asking for and receiving donations from those who care about keeping this wonderful organization going for as long as it’s needed. ANY amount is appreciated and welcome! Ask family members or friends who participate in gift giving at this time of year to make a donation to The Life Raft Group, rather than giving that pair of pajamas, socks or tie tucked away in a drawer. Join the GEM Program, a monthly deduction of any amount you choose from your credit card or checking account.
The Life Raft Group has over 3,500 members. Can you imagine the impact if every single member gave something! Do it to honor the memory of someone lost. Do it to honor the courage of someone living with GIST.
